Location: Chesterfield, Missouri
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Specialty: Rehabilitation (Med/Surg)
Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation hospital focused on patients recovering from strokes, brain/spinal cord injuries, amputations, trauma, cancer, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions.
Patient Population: Adults (18+ years)
Units: Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury (float within these 5 units)
Shift: 6:30 AM – PM
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6-7 during the day, 1:8 at night; each nurse has a dedicated tech
EHR System: Epic

Valid RN license in Missouri
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Rehabilitation nursing specialty, including experience within the last year
Experience working with adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
BLS (CPR) Certification
Ability to float within multiple rehab units
Must comply with facility’s influenza vaccination policy or have an approved exemption (masking required during flu season if exempt)

Facility has 81 private rooms
Team-oriented with a focus on improving patient functional ability and quality of life
Emphasis on physical, emotional, and psychological patient care
Flexible, collaborative, and positive demeanor preferred
Scrub color: Black (ID badge provided by agency)
Reporting time: 6:30 AM
Parking available in garage (upper level or back two rows of lower level)
