Registered Nurse - Med Surg Telemetry (Travel)

Employment Type

Travel assignment
Contract length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Float pool position with potential reassignment once per day to another unit
Must be able to float to all acute care areas and an additional nearby location
Every other weekend required
Holidays as required
36 or 48 hours per week available
Early start shifts available if compliant
Patient-facing role
Clinical position
Electronic Medical Record system: Meditech
Dress code: Solid navy scrubs
Parking available

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
At least 1 year of recent experience in Med Surg / Telemetry within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross

Additional Information

Must be willing to float to multiple units and locations within the facility system
