Required Qualifications

Graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy, or equivalent
Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
BLS certification
Clinical competency, experience, training, and education required to perform the job must be demonstrated during the interview process

Role Summary

Responsible for evaluation, planning, administration, and supervision of Physical Therapy treatment
Evaluates patient functional abilities and limitations, establishes treatment goals, implements individualized treatment plans, documents care, communicates patient progress, and participates in supervision/delegation and departmental operations
Works with patients across age groups and collaborates with physicians, nurses, patients, families/caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
