Job Opportunity: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Lincoln City, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), rotating weekends
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Additional Shift Requirement: One 12-hour call shift per pay period

Job Description

Provide care in labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn units within a family-centered, medically safe environment.
Work as part of a highly trained team specializing in LDRP and GYN surgical care.
Experience required in triage, labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery care.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP).
Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients.
Experience working with Neonate patients.
Basic fetal monitoring skills.
Nursery experience.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
AHA ACLS certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
STABLE certification.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in triage, labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery care.

Notes for Applicants

Must be available for night shifts with rotating weekends and occasional call shifts.
Include your general interview availability when applying.

Pros

I loved it the hospital was small the patients were not much to handle and people were friendly.

Cons

Someone tried to walk into my hotel room while I was sleeping and had the do not disturb sign on the door. Very creepy.
