Job Summary

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment upon physician referral.
• Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries to relieve pain and restore or maintain physical function.
• Use modalities such as exercise, massage, heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity, or sound.
• Collaborate with family and healthcare team members regarding patient abilities and goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
• Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• ASHA certification
• CHT certification
