CVOR Surgical Technician

Job Details

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts, with weekend rotation, holiday rotation, and on-call coverage
Contract length: 13 weeks
Employment type: Long-term assignment

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist (3 years of experience)
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License
Resume
Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
2 professional references from the last 2 years, provided by a charge nurse or higher
Current skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
Education verification
I-9 E-Verify attestation
Internal competency checklist completed within 2 weeks after start
Annual compliance training module
Background check
Drug screen
Badge photo
Fit test
Physical/health statement
MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
Hepatitis B documentation
TB test
Current valid license or certification for the role, if applicable

Notes

On-call is required.
Direct patient care roles require fit testing.
Some onboarding items must be completed before start, while others are completed after start.
