Job Description

• Position: CT/X-ray Technologist, Day shift
• Hours: 40 hours per week, variable start times
• Shared housing provided (no pets or overnight guests allowed)
• Must bring own transportation
• Current flu vaccine required

Required Credentials & Compliance

Certifications & Licenses

• BLS certification required for onboarding (AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted)
• Professional license verification required within 30 days of start (MA Conditional Licenses not accepted)

Health & Immunizations

• Current flu vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions allowed
• Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start, updated annually (no religious exemptions)
• Documentation of MMR immunity (vaccines or blood test) required
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start (skin test or blood test), updated if >6 month break
• Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity strongly preferred (optional)
• Health statement signed by a licensed provider within 365 days of start, updated if >6 month break
• Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred (optional)

Background & Verification

• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start, updated if >6 month break
• Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start, updated if >6 month break
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
• Social Security Number trace as part of background check
• Education verification of highest degree achieved
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state
• Two recent references required (minimum one supervisor or above)
• Skills checklist required for submission
• Candidate submission coversheet required for submission

Additional Requirements

• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required
• Housing agreement required if moving into shared housing
• Confirmation of assignment form required for all initial assignments and extensions

Summary

This is a 13-week CT Technologist position requiring day shift availability and 40 hours per week. Candidates must meet comprehensive credentialing, health, and background requirements including current immunizations, fit testing, and multiple background checks.
