Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technologist

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Description

  • Position: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Technologist)

Required Credentials & Certifications

  • BLS Certification (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted)
  • ARRT Certification
  • Professional License: Must have primary source verification of professional license/certification as required for the position. MA Conditional Licenses are not accepted.
  • Fit Test: N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually. Must be completed prior to start; no onsite testing available.
  • MMR Vaccination or Immunity Proof: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.
  • Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30). No exemptions allowed.
  • TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON/T-spot blood test within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break.
  • Health Statement: Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break.
  • Criminal Background Check: Within 45 days prior to start date, including county and international searches if applicable.
  • Massachusetts CORI Check: Completed within 30 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break.
  • Resume: Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state. Required for submission.
  • References: Two recent references required, at least one supervisor or above in the skillset.
  • Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
  • Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation: Required if fit test is required.
  • Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required for all initial assignments and extensions.
  • Education Verification: Verified through background check company, confirming highest level of education.
  • SSN Trace: Must be run with criminal check, listing addresses/aliases for past 7 years.
  • National Sex Offender Check: Ran within 30 days of start and updated annually.
  • Exclusion Checks: Ran within 30 days of start and annually, including OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid exclusion lists.
