Job Overview

  • Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
  • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
  • NRP issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or CHSF or Military
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

  • Resume including the past 7 years of work experience, with city and state for all work experience and education
  • 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • Candidate submission coversheet
  • License/certification verification
  • MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
  • TB test documentation
  • Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
  • N95 fit test within 365 days of start date, with annual updates
  • Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit testing is required for the skill
  • Criminal background check
  • Massachusetts CORI check
  • SSN trace
  • National sex offender check
  • Exclusion checks
  • Education verification
  • Beeline attestation
  • Assignment/POI form
