Sonographer Position
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description
- Perform general sonography cases including abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular scans.
- Experience in NICU and Operating Room settings is a plus.
- Equipment used includes GE Logiq E10 and E9, GE Volusons.
Required Qualifications
- Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Additional Notes
- All credentialing documents must be current and updated as required.
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for fit testing.
- Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to start.
- If a positive TB test is documented, a negative chest x-ray after the positive test is required.
- Name change documentation may be required if credentials do not match legal name.
- Prior travel experience is not specified as a requirement for this position.
