Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 15:30
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with 30 minutes callback
Call expectation: Minimum of 15–20 days of call per 6 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
Resume
At least two professional references
Ascension Skills Checklist, completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty
Ascension Pharmacology Exam, completed prior to start, minimum score of 80%, only 2 attempts allowed
Ascension Specialty Exam, completed prior to first assignment in specialty, minimum score of 80% or national benchmark passing score, only 2 attempts allowed
Ascension Core Competencies, completed within a year of start, minimum score of 80% or national benchmark passing score, only 2 attempts allowed
Ascension EKG Exam, completed prior to clearance, minimum score of 80%, only 2 attempts allowed
