Overview

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment type: LTA
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract length: 13 weeks

Schedule

Every other weekend or based on department needs
Every other holiday, rotating with regular staff

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
2 or more completed travel assignments
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
TNCC
NIHSS
MAB
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience caring for critical care patients
Experience caring for psychiatric patient populations
Experience caring for pediatric patient populations
EPIC electronic health record proficiency

Clinical Experience

Experience caring for critical care patients
Ability to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Strong team collaboration and timely communication
Ability to escalate concerns appropriately and seek support when needed to ensure patient safety

Additional Notes

May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
