• Pending License: Not accepted.
• RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at the time of submission.
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off once per two-week pay period.

Additional Information

Required Certifications

• ACLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart & Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
• BLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart & Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
• PALS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart & Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
• NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure certification.
• CHEMO: Chemotherapy certification.
• EFM: Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification.
• NURSYS Verification: Required for all RNs.
• Physical Exam: Must be signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO, indicating free of infectious disease.

Health Documents

• Drug Testing: 10 Panel Drug Screen within 90 days of start.
• Vaccinations:

  • Tdap Vaccine required within 10 years.
  • Flu Vaccine required during flu season (10/15-3/31).
  • COVID-19 Vaccination or Declination required if onsite.

Background Check

• Background Check: Required within 45 days of start covering all locations lived/worked within the past 7 years.

References

• References: Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting.
