Job Description

Position: ICU Registered Nurse
Patient Ratios: 1:2
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year
First-timers Accepted: Yes
On-call Requirement: No
Floating Requirement: No
Local Candidates Accepted: Yes (local radius not defined)
Pending License Accepted: Yes
RTO Restrictions: Greater than 5 consecutive days requires approval

Required Certifications

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BCLS (Basic Life Support)

Skills Required

Management and interpretation of dysrhythmias
Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring
Care of ventilated patients
Isolation precautions and use of PPE
Central line care/management
Starting IVs
