Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Auburn, New York
• 8-week assignment
• Day shift, 5x8 schedule
• Monday through Friday
• No weekends
• No holidays

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT certification
• Valid Radiology Technologist license in New York
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Background check must be clear; no background hits are acceptable

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Unexpired government-issued photo ID
• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school for the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
• HHS/OIG screening
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• Annual tuberculosis screening questionnaire
• Full physical exam within 12 months of start, signed by a licensed provider
• Fit test within 12 months of start, updated annually
• Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years or declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Measles and rubella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
• COVID vaccine records or declination
• 2 professional references within 3 years of hire
• Skills checklist
• New York State Nurse Aide Registry requirement
• New York State Medicaid Exclusion List requirement

Additional Notes

• All requested time off submitted at the time of application is final
• If the traveler lives within 50 miles of the facility, the rate is reduced
• No background hits are acceptable
