Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Metairie, Louisiana
- Unit: Level III Neonatal CCU
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Scrubs: Teal
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- STABLE
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with RAMs (Rapid Assessment and Management)
- Experience with Ventilators
- Experience with Central Lines
- Experience with administration of High Alert Medication
- Experience with Epic
Required Experience
- RAMs
- Ventilators
- Central Lines
- IV Drips
- Administration of High Alert Medication
Schedule Requirements
- Every other weekend required
- No call requirement
Additional Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID

- TB screening and TB questionnaire
- Tdap within 10 years
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
