Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Johnson City, Tennessee
• Day shift: 3x12s, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
• 2 weekend shifts per contract
• No call
• 13-week contract
• 36 hours per week
• 16 hours of nonbillable orientation

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (1 year of experience)
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting

Preferred

• 3 references preferred

Additional Notes

• General orientation begins on Sundays, with Sunday online CBLs
• The hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without financial penalty if census decreases
• Additional shifts above the work commitment may be flexed as needed for census/resource needs without penalty
• Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education
