Travel/Contract role in Portland, Oregon
Home Health assignment in East Portland and surrounding areas
Start date: ASAP
13-week contract
Day shift, 8-hour shifts
Facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s
1:1 ratio
May visit up to 6 patients per day
30 productivity points standard
Local candidates accepted within a 50–75 mile radius
Pending license accepted
No first-timers accepted
No weekend requirement
No on-call requirement
No floating between like units
No block schedule accommodation

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health experience within the last year
1 year of Home Health experience
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network
Driver's License
Experience with Homecare Homebase
Experience with OASIS

Occasional maximum travel radius of roughly 60 miles per day, with about 60–90 minutes total drive time
