Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Everett, Washington
• Start date: ASAP
• Assignment length: 8 weeks
• Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 10:30–21:00
• First-timers accepted
• Weekends not required
• Call not required
• Float required
• Locals not accepted
• Guaranteed hours: 70 per 2-week period

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (1 year of experience)
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Unit / Setting

• PACU
• Level II Trauma Center
• ASPAN standards followed
• Patient population includes pediatric (1yo+), adults, and geriatric patients
• Handles same-day surgeries, inpatient admits, and observation patients
• Surgeries include vascular, general surgery, orthopedic, pediatric, urology, gynecology, neuro/spine, podiatry, ophthalmology, thoracic, trauma, bariatric ENT, oral, plastics, cardiovascular lab, and Interventional Radiology
