Dialysis RN Travel Contract

Location

• Beaufort, South Carolina

Schedule

• Day shift, 3x12 hours
• 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• 3 shifts per week
• Weekend on-call coverage may be required
• ASAP start

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Carolina
• Dialysis experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of dialysis experience

Additional Requirements

• Must live outside a 50-mile radius
• No felonies or licensure actions accepted

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• BLS certification
• State license verification
• NURSYS verification
• Competency exam
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• Physical exam
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Proof of measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and COVID vaccination or approved declination
• Drug screening
• 2 clinical references
• Employment application or resume
• Skills checklist
• Performance evaluation if the candidate has completed prior agency assignments
