Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Tampa, Florida
- Start date: ASAP
- Shift: 4x10s, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Weekly hours: 40
- Daily caseload: 20–30 patients per tech
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Florida
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
- Stroke intervention experience
- Neurointerventions experience
- PE thrombectomy and thrombolysis experience
- DVT interventions experience
- Pain management procedures experience
- Oncology procedures experience including Y-90, MAAs, and chemoembolizations
- Biplane equipment experience
- Siemens equipment experience
- GE equipment experience
- Contrast administration skills
Schedule & Assignment Details
- Weekend work required
- On-call required: 8–10 call days per month, including one Saturday per month
- 30-minute response time for call
- Floating within scope is required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted
- No RTO allowed in the contract
Additional Notes
- Pending license not accepted
- Block scheduling may be discussed in interview
- On-call sleep rooms are available
- Scrub color: black or navy
