Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year

Onboarding / Compliance Notes

• Fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of the signed contract
• Online training modules must be completed before start
• Badge photo/documentation is required before clearance to start
• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks are required
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement is required annually
• Core Part I, II, and III are required for subcontractors only
• A pending background check attestation is required
• A fit mask is required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Hepatitis B documentation is required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella documentation is required
• TB questionnaire is required if there is a history of past positive TB testing
• Annual skills checklist and annual competency updates are required
