Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Oregon
- Day shift, 5x8 hours
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- Primarily based in Redmond, with possible floating to Bend
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Oregon
- 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- ARRT (T)
- Experience with Varian TrueBeam equipment
- Experience with Halcyon equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic experience preferred
Clinical Experience
- Experience with Varian TrueBeam
- Experience with Halcyon
- Experience with Aria
Schedule Notes
- Weekends not required
- Maximum of 7 days of requested time off in the 13-week assignment
Compliance and Onboarding Requirements
- Background check required within 90 days of start, including criminal history, SSN trace, counties lived/worked/school, FACIS L3, DOJ sex offender search, nationwide search, and education verification
- EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 90 days of start
- HHS/OIG required within 90 days of start
- Diploma or transcript required
- Education verification required for highest level completed
- Primary source verification required for state license
- Photo for badge required within 48 hours of signing and no later than 2 Wednesdays before start
- Signed confidentiality, access, privacy, and emergency contact documents required within 48 hours of signing and no later than 2 Wednesdays before start
Health Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray required
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation required
- Negative 12-panel drug screen required within 90 days of start
- Flu vaccination or declination/exemption required during flu season
- COVID vaccination preferred; if never vaccinated, declination or exemption required
- Respiratory safety clearance required within 1 year of start and annually

- On-call required
- RTO limit: 7 total days in the assignment

Traveler friendly. Lots of staff. Busy LDRP but not insanely busy. Bend is a beautiful city with lots of things to do.
