Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Locals welcome at the same rate

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• Telemetry (1 year of experience)
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• Experience with Epic
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Every third weekend is required
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Color Blind Testing Online
• Competency Exam
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam
• Core Part I
• Core Part II
• Core Part III
• 2 supervisory references
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Employment history covering 7 years or back to college/technical school graduation, with no gaps greater than 30 days
• Current and valid phone number and email address on resume
• 10-panel drug screen including THC
• Annual physical or statement of health
• Fit test
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
• Negative TB or chest X-ray
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation

• Rubeola (Measles) documentation
• Iowa mandatory reporter certification for child abuse

• References must be from the specialty the worker will be working in
