Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Kerrville, Texas
• 13-week contract
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45–7:00
• 16-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit
• 6:1 nurse/patient ratio

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Rehabilitation (1 year of experience)
• Rehabilitation experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• State License 1 Verification
• Government issued photo ID
• E-Verify
• Background Check: 7 Year Search required within 1 year of start; updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM, annually
• HHS/OIG, annually
• Education Verification
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement, annually
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable; must score 80% or above
• Competency Exam, as applicable to profession/specialty; must score 80% or above
• Physical Exam within 1 year of start
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start or declination
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 72 hours of signing contract
• Rubeola (Measles) within 72 hours of signing contract
• Mumps within 72 hours of signing contract
• Rubella within 72 hours of signing contract
• Hepatitis B within 72 hours of signing contract
• Varicella within 72 hours of signing contract
• Drug Testing within 72 hours of signing contract
• COVID vaccine or declination
• 2 Professional References within 3 years of start
• Skills Checklist 1, annually
