• Pediatric experience is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in California
• Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist experience

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Background check required within 30 days of start
• Education verification or copy of diploma/transcripts required
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
• Tdap proof required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen required within 6 months of start
• Fit test / respirator clearance required within 6 months of start
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption required during flu season
• COVID vaccination is preferred, but not required

Facility Onboarding

• Orientation guide and acknowledgement must be reviewed and signed
• Orientation guide post-test must be completed before start
• Non-employee personal information sheet must be completed
• Confidentiality agreement must be reviewed and signed
• Dress and grooming standards must be reviewed
• Harassment-free workplace policy must be reviewed
• Information technology acceptable use policy must be reviewed
