Job Overview

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in Texas
Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Required Health and Compliance Items

Physical exam required within 1 year of start
Fit test required within 1 year and updated annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
Drug screen required within 30 days of start
Initial COVID series or facility-specific declination required
Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation required
Tdap required within 10 years of start

Additional Onboarding Requirements

Orientation safety manual acknowledgement required and updated annually
Pass/fail testing required for RNs
Competency exam required as applicable by profession
HIPAA and fair warning quiz modules required within 72 hours of signing
Orientation and safety training modules required within 72 hours of signing
Annual TBQ required
Employment notice, standards of conduct, dress code policy acknowledgement, standards of behavior, COVID declination, and agency checklist required as applicable
