Registered Nurse (CVOR) - Travel/Contract

Location: Fullerton, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Schedule: Monday to Friday with 1 day off (day off may vary weekly)
Call Requirements:

• Post-shift call: 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM, once per week
• Weekend call: 24-hour coverage from 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Sunday, at least 1 weekend per month

Job Description

• Work in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) supporting open vascular, endovascular, hybrid room, and cardiovascular procedures
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Scheduling preferences may be considered but are not guaranteed
• Block scheduling is not accommodated
• Free parking available
• Charting system: Meditech

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in California
• Minimum 5 years of Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Ability to perform open vascular, endovascular, hybrid room, and cardiovascular procedures
• Ability to work call shifts as described

• Acute Care Hospital
• Approximately 320 staffed beds

Additional Notes

• Local radius for assignment is 50 miles
• Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
• Return-to-Office (RTO) restrictions must be included at time of submission
• First-time travel nurses accepted only if they meet the 5+ years experience requirement

This position is suitable for experienced CVOR RNs comfortable with complex cardiovascular procedures and flexible call schedules.
