Pulmonary Function Technologist - Travel/Contract

Location: Auburn, New York
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

• Monday to Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• No weekend shifts
• Total hours per week: 24

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in New York
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist within the last year
• Experience as a Respiratory Technician

Compliance & Documentation Requirements (Must be completed and submitted by 12:00 PM EST Tuesday prior to start)

• Unexpired government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Physical exam within 12 months signed by licensed provider confirming ability to perform job duties
• Fit mask test within 12 months, updated annually (approved mask types specified)
• Immunizations and health screenings:

  • TDAP vaccine within last 10 years or declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years if prior positive) plus annual TB questionnaire
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella immunity (2 MMR vaccines or serologic titers)
  • Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
  • Varicella immunity (2 vaccines, positive titer, or documented history)
  • Seasonal flu vaccine or declination during flu season
  • COVID vaccine records or declination
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (instant/rapid accepted)
• Review and sign facility-specific documents including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Patient Abuse Reporting
  • Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Orientation Packet Acknowledgement
  • Automated Dispensing Cabinet Security (if applicable)
• Annual tuberculosis screening questionnaire
