Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Tech

Location: Augusta, Georgia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 16 weeks

Job Summary

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
Average daily census: 8 patients
Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, PACS
Scrub color provided by facility
Return to Office (RTO): Maximum 7 days
Weekends: Every other weekend
Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
Call Requirements: 10 days per month
Holiday Work: Required to work major holidays if they fall during assignment (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day)
Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; delays may result in a 2-week pushback due to orientation scheduling
Clinical screening required to determine fit before final approval

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist within the last year
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA or ARC accepted; RQI certs acceptable)
