Required Experience & Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience, with experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) Certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Special Requirements

• Must have Med Surg Tele experience
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions allowed
• Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport required
• Background checks and verifications required (including education, employment, and criminal history)
• Drug screening: Negative 13-panel drug screen within 12 months of start required; onsite drug screen will also be performed
• Immunizations and health documents required:

  • Flu vaccine (seasonal)
  • COVID-19 vaccination or exemption documentation (for reporting purposes)
  • TB testing and assessment
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B immunizations or titers
  • Physical exam within 1 year attesting ability to meet physical demands
  • Fit mask test (N95) within 1 year, updated annually
• Must review and sign facility-specific agreements and acknowledgments (e.g., confidentiality, computer agreement, health history forms)
• References: Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations required
• Employment application with 7-year work history required

• Shift ratios and weekend requirements will be discussed during the interview process
• Managers have discretion over return-to-office restrictions
• Locals accepted within a 65-mile radius
• Onboarding includes multiple compliance and competency verifications, including medication/pharmacology competency exams updated annually
