Travel RN Opportunity – ICU

Location: Kennewick, Washington
Facility Type: Teaching Hospital, 111 beds

Position Details

Specialty: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

Floor: 2nd Floor - ICU
Number of Beds: 14
Patient Ratio: 1:2 (CN free of patients)
Patient Population: Medical ICU with minimal cardiac cases
Common Patient Conditions: Sepsis, respiratory issues, some cardiac and trauma cases
Equipment: Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) occasionally used
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Paragon

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years, at least 1 year ICU experience preferred
Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; TNCC preferred
Personality Fit: Team-oriented, accountable to best practices
Float Requirements: Not specified

Additional Information

Located in the Tri-Cities area (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) with access to recreational activities and local amenities
New hire orientation dates available in November and December 2025
