Contract Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend Requirement: No
• Holiday Requirement: No
• Call/Standby Requirement: No
• Floating: May float to other Primary Care clinics, including one in Florence, WI

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS certification required
• Must have Michigan and Wisconsin nursing licenses

Experience Requirements

• Specialty Experience: Experience in Primary Care required; Pediatrics experience preferred
• Prior Travel Experience: Not specified (no indication that prior travel experience is required)

Job Duties

• Rooming patients
• Medication refills
• Prior authorizations
• Patient phone calls

Work Environment & Additional Information

• Fast-paced clinic environment
• Scrubs dress code with no color restrictions
• Orientation: 10-15 shifts depending on start date
• Medical Assistants or CNAs are used, but none currently at the primary location

This position is suitable for LPNs with experience in primary care, preferably with some pediatrics exposure, who hold licenses in both Michigan and Wisconsin and are comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting.
