Job Summary

Monitor patients for food/drug interactions and provide education.
Record food and drug interactions in the education section.
Consult with physicians regarding appropriate diet modifications.

Job Responsibilities

Screen and assess patients accurately and timely based on levels of care.
Determine patients' nutritional needs and status; provide follow-up care.
Interview patients and/or families to obtain history of food habits and preferences.
Interpret laboratory, physical, and social data relevant to nutrition care.
Provide nutrition education and document patient's diet, instructions, and understanding.
Modify patient menus as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
Registered Dietitian credential.
