Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, holistic, and therapeutic nursing care to patients and families, promoting quality outcomes.
• Perform nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to manage complex, high-risk clinical situations.
• Serve as patient and family advocate, ensuring excellent care and participation in decision-making.
• Assess patient and family needs, develop and implement culturally appropriate care plans.
• Evaluate patient and family progress and learning, adapting plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and expedite patient care.
• Delegate and assign care tasks within scope of practice to other healthcare team members.
• Participate in patient care conferences and document care according to policies and procedures.
