Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
  • Physical Therapist (5 years of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of experience or Master's/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
