Overview

13-week assignment
2 positions
Shift: 3x12 rotating days/mids/nightshifts per week
Every other weekend
Holidays per unit schedule

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Dakota
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

ENPC, upon qualification into course

Role Summary

Provides direct nursing care in the Emergency Department
Coordinates patient care within the interdisciplinary care team
Provides patient education to support safe discharge
Performs daily rounds, develops and updates plans of care, and responds to changes in patient condition
Assists with emergency measures as needed and completes incident reports before the end of each shift
