Overview
- 13-week assignment
- 2 positions
- Shift: 3x12 rotating days/mids/nightshifts per week
- Every other weekend
- Holidays per unit schedule
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Dakota
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- ENPC, upon qualification into course
Role Summary
- Provides direct nursing care in the Emergency Department
- Coordinates patient care within the interdisciplinary care team
- Provides patient education to support safe discharge
- Performs daily rounds, develops and updates plans of care, and responds to changes in patient condition
- Assists with emergency measures as needed and completes incident reports before the end of each shift
