Minimum Qualifications
<ul><li>Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.</li><li>Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.</li><li>Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.</li><li>Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, transfers, and restorative programs preferred.</li><li>Ability to document electronically in the facility’s EMR system preferred.</li></ul>
