- Flexible scheduling any days Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Orientation starts on a Monday, followed by three consecutive days of In-Service Training (IST)
- Engage in valuable hands-on training and skill enhancement
- Participate in ongoing training sessions on an agreed-upon schedule and shift
