Respiratory Therapy Travel Position

Location: Evansville, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (except during holidays when unit is closed)
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Job Description

Float to inpatient units/facilities as needed
Work primarily in Medical/Surgical, ICU, and Stepdown units within an approximately 280-bed acute care hospital
Utilize skills in Medical/Surgical Respiratory Therapy, ICU Respiratory Therapy, Stepdown Respiratory Therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, and Arterial Blood Gases
Charting experience with EPIC is highly preferred
Scrub color: Black

Required Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license for Indiana
NBRC certification
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Respiratory Therapy specialty

Additional Information

No local candidates within a 40-mile radius will be considered
COVID-19 vaccine is not required (subject to change)
Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change well, and socially adaptable
