Position Details

  • Setting: Inpatient psychiatric unit
  • Unit Type: Behavioral Health
  • Number of Beds: 24
  • Patient Population: Adults (18+) with psychiatric and/or substance use disorders
  • Patient Ratio: 1:12
  • Shift: Days
  • Weekly Hours: 40 (one weekend day per week required)
  • Call Requirements: None
  • Float Requirements: None
  • Documentation: Hybrid electronic and paper charts

Responsibilities

  • Conduct group therapies
  • Complete treatment and discharge planning
  • Medical record documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Mental Health license in Washington
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Mental Health
  • Master’s degree in a social services field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in substance use treatment
