Must have Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience
Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience is required
Neuro-Progressive competency exam must be completed upon offer
Navy blue scrubs are required
Years of experience required in specialty: 2 years
Local candidates from certain counties are not eligible (effective 1/11/2024)

Position may require floating to other units
Work schedule details (days, hours, shifts) to be provided during interview process

Critical care Float pool stays within the ICUs not much med surg and step floating and float pool management is cool

Cons

SICU is clickie and you can get fired easily. Some providers seem rude to black travelers
