  • Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered travel

  • Behavioral Health floor
  • 106 beds
  • Patient ratio: 1:14
  • Adults only

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Arizona
  • Psychiatric (1 year of experience)
  • Psychiatric experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • CPI or HWC
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Float Scope

  • May float from patient floor to admissions department

Preferred

  • Team player
  • Flexible
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • De-escalation skills

Additional Notes

  • Common diagnoses/treatment include Level 1, Voluntary, Detox, and Behavioral Health Unit
  • Equipment includes Code Cart, Pyxis, EKG, Vitals Machine, and Glucometer
  • EHR: Wellsky
  • Scrub color: Royal Blue or any darker blue
