Assignment Overview

• Travel SLP assignment in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
• 1 opening
• Day shift
• 30 guaranteed hours per week
• No scheduled weekend hours; weekends as needed
• No call requirements
• Float between Broken Arrow and Muskogee as needed, about 40 miles one way
• LTACH setting with medically complex patients
• 23 beds in Broken Arrow and 41 beds in Muskogee
• MBS only; mobile unit in Broken Arrow and C-Arm in Muskogee
• EHR is split between paper and Net Health

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Oklahoma
• Speech Language Pathologist (2 years of experience)
• Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
• ASHA
• MBS (Modified Barium Swallow) experience
• Acute setting experience with medically complex patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute setting experience with medically complex patients

Additional Notes

• Common diagnoses/treatment include post vent/trach dysphagia
• Dynamic and flexible personality fit
• No blue jeans allowed
