Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS
• 2 years of Case Management experience
• Case Management experience within the last year
• Experience in an Acute Care setting

Unit Details

• Case management unit
• Estimated patient ratio: RN 1:25, SW 1:40
• Staff mix includes RN and social work
• Documentation systems used: Meditech, Midas, Wellsky
