Overview

• Travel assignment in Pasadena, Texas
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Case Management (1 year of experience)
• Case Management experience within the last year
• BLS
• Discharge Planning
• Utilization Review (InterQual)

Role Details

• Case management and social work coverage for the entire hospital
• Core responsibilities include discharge planning and InterQual criteria review to confirm patient status
• May float to med-surg or ICU units if needed
• No weekend requirement

Work Environment

• Day shift coverage only; no night shift coverage
• Business casual attire required; scrubs are not allowed
• A plain white lab coat may be worn if owned
