Classification: Obstetrics / L&D
Building/Floor/Suite: 9 North
19 beds
Patient ratio: 1:5
36 guaranteed hours per week
Every other weekend
No call
Floating as needed
Newly renovated Women’s Services Unit

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Antepartum (2 years of experience)
Antepartum experience within the last year
BLS
NRP
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a Hospital setting
Labor and Delivery experience

Preferred Qualifications

High acuity patient experience
ACLS
RNC
Meditech experience

Additional Notes

Documentation system: Meditech & CPIN (Primary)
Shifts will be scheduled to fill vacancies
Holiday requirements to be discussed during interview
