Job Overview

Travel RN position in Alamogordo, New Mexico
Full-time assignment
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
Contract length: 13 weeks

Clinical Focus

Surgical patients including orthopedic, general, podiatry, GYN/OB with C-sections, pain management, urology, and endoscopy

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Mexico
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
CPI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Ability to speak additional languages
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge

Role Expectations

Provide independent nursing care using the nursing process
Collaborate with staff, physicians, and management to address patient care needs
Maintain clinical competency and follow policies and procedures
Support teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and patient advocacy
Participate in required quality, compliance, orientation, and competency activities
