Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Location: Tishomingo, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Call Requirements: As required

Job Summary

• Provide nursing care for assigned patients throughout all phases of care.
• Responsible for prescribing nursing interventions, coordinating patient activities, and delegating tasks to others.
• Demonstrate professional accountability by adhering to nursing care standards and ethical practices.
• Must be able to learn and react quickly in a clinical environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma.
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support).

Work Environment

• Unit uses EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Dress code requires black scrubs.
