Registered Nurse (Med Tele) - Travel Assignment

Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Medical Telemetry (Med Tele)
Shift: Night
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Patient Ratio: 6:1
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC
Unit Floor: 3rd Floor
Number of Openings: 1

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Job Responsibilities & Skills

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
Maintain professional accountability for patient care delivery
Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers
Coordinate patient care with other departments
Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
Perform duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and service standards

Work Environment & Culture

Dress code requires black scrubs; no open-toe shoes allowed
